From start to finish, this experience exceeded all my expectations. When I decided on surgery, I researched diligently a provider that not only offered amazing cosmetic results but whose customer service was first class. The reviews I read in Vanity assured me they were the company I was looking for. I could not have expected the whole process to be as straightforward as it was. From the initial conversations about the surgery, pricing and surgeon, it was seamless. I was fully informed every step of the way, communication was easy, prompt and no question a silly one. I arrived in Istanbul a little nervous, I had no reason to be. I was taken care of completely, the airport transfer, hotel, pre op checks- all a breeze. The day of my surgery, I had my meeting with Dr, what can I say… he is a true gentleman, kind, compassionate and extremely professional. Surgery went without a hitch. Nurses and my care co-ordination were true professionals, making sure I was comfortable, happy and at ease. The results of my surgery are beyond what I could have expected. I am happy, confident again and forever grateful to Vanity. I cannot recommend them enough! Five stars over and over again.

Recently I underwent a surgery at the Vanity Clinic. My experience was positive, I am fully content. Before surgery Ms. Mohi assisted me and provided with all the information and navigation. Dr. was an operator and explained everything about the surgery and following recovery.The nursing staff was caring and patient with all my needs. Mr. Umut helped me after the surgery (provided medication, aids), organized follow up, transportation, papers with accuracy. Thank you.

My experience having a breast lift at Vanity Cosmetics was fantastic! From the beginning of my enquiry and throughout the surgery and the aftercare. My initial questions were all answered super quickly by Azra and I was picked up from the airport with my companion by a courteous driver and taken straight to the get my blood tests quickly and efficiently. Talk about hitting the ground running! The hotel accommodation was great and my cosmetic surgeon Erman Menekse was patient, understanding, friendly and most importantly he did a fantastic job! There is a lot of information to take in for the aftercare when you are a bit woozy after surgery but it was explained by the doctor and most of it is also in writing. My aftercare patient coordinator Umut was also there for my questions and provided great reassurance. He organised my return to the airport and the whole process seemed quite effortless on my part. All the staff were super friendly throughout the whole process and I’d definitely recommend this service from beginning to end!

BEYOND AMAZING RESULTS!!! Dr. Mehmet Fatih totally exceeded my expectations. The consultation with him was so thorough and he was so comforting and knowledgeable that I instantly knew I was in the right hands. Everyone at the hospital was professional and they each knew their job so well that everything went smoothly. My patient contact/coordinator Gizem was on point, so sweet and helpful! I am in the follow-up process (it’s been 1 mth since surgery) and she answers right away with all the information I need. I also need to say thank you to Zeynep! She was my first contact and the person who set all of this up to begin with. She also made herself available to me the whole time I was in Turkey and since I’ve been home.
